The Satrix Investment Plan makes it simple for anyone to invest in Satrix. You can start with a single amount of just R1000 - or you can invest as little as R300 per month through a debit order. It's that easy. In this section of our website, you'll find everything you need to get started through the Satrix Investment Plan, including FICA requirements.
Once you're a Satrix investor and have received an investor client number you can register online by clicking "Investor Registrations" on the top left corner of this page. You will be able to perform the following functions as soon as you are registered online:
- View your statement
- Reset your password
- Change personal details (such as your address and contact details)
- Generate tax certificates
- Switch your investment from one Satrix fund to another
- Redeem your Satrix units
- Do an additional investment

Satrix Managers (Pty) Ltd have outsourced the administration and maintenance of the share registers for Satrix securities, transacted through the Investment Plan, to Automated Outsourcing Services (Pty) Ltd (AOS). AOS is a registered administrator with the Financial Services Board (FSB). Fees for the administration of the investment are paid to AOS and AOS assumes the liability for the administration of this scheme.
Investing in the Satrix investment plan is as simple as following the following steps:
New business application
STEP 1: Download and complete the new business application form - click here to download or go to the Application Forms page
STEP 2: Read the terms and conditions on pages 8 to 16 of the application form carefully and e-mail or contact the call centre at 086 110 0670 should you require any assistance
STEP 3: Obtain the following FICA documentation:
- A clear certified copy of ID document
- A clear certified copy of proof of residence document
- Proof of South African banking details (must reflect bank name, acc. Holder’s full name and back acc. No.) No internet and credit card banking details will be accepted.
